Rel Lexical Symbols Reference

We are pleased to add a new reference guide to our documentation. The Rel Lexical Symbols guide shows the lexical symbols supported by Rel and their associated operator names. The symbols are grouped by general language, logical operations, mathematical operations, and relational operations.
