Molham is the Chief Executive Officer of RelationalAI. He has more than 30 years of experience in leading organizations that develop and implement high-value machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions across various industries. Prior to RelationalAI he was CEO of LogicBlox and Predictix (now Infor), CEO of Optimi (now Ericsson), and co-founder of Brickstream (now FLIR). Molham also held senior leadership positions at HNC Software (now FICO) and Retek (now Oracle).
Director/Investor - Princeton, Goldman Sachs
Margaret is a lecturer at Princeton University, a board member of RelationalAI and Square Financial Services, an advisor to Stratyfy and ThinkNum, and an active investor in inclusive lender FundingU. Previously, as a partner at Goldman Sachs, she led teams that delivered quantitative models and application tools in businesses across capital markets, principal investing, and investment banking. Recently, at Princeton and Columbia Universities, Margaret launched a course on data and machine learning in FinTech. She supports her local New York City park as a vice chair of the Riverside Park Conservancy, math research and education as a trustee of the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute (MSRI), and small businesses and diverse entrepreneurs as a member of the Goldman Sachs Foundation Investment Committee.

Bob is a business executive and R&D specialist. He was the CEO of Snowflake for five years, starting in May of 2014. Prior to Snowflake he spent two years at Juniper Networks and 23 years at Microsoft. Early in his career, Bob helped to start the SQL Server business and he managed Microsoft divisions including Visual Studio, Office, and Windows Server. From 2007 to 2011, Bob was the President of the Server & Tools Division, growing that business to over $17B. Bob currently serves as a board director for Fivetran, Fauna, Docugami, Julia Computing, and RelationalAI.

Ennis is a US technology entrepreneur and board member of several international regulated investment entities, including Ajeej Capital, Rayyan.ai, NextGenID, Catalyst’s climate funds’ portfolio, and RelationalAI. Previously Ennis was the co-founder and CEO of Estarta Solutions, employing over 1,000 engineers in MENA and Poland. Ennis led the merger and turn-around from 2002 including investments by Microsoft and Cisco. In 1997 Ennis founded and led ONEWORLD Software Solutions in Boston, the first US software services company with technology centers in China and Jordan. Ennis graduated from MIT in 1991 in Engineering Systems, and later obtained a dual masters from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Environmental Engineering in 1996 (LFM Program). Additionally, Ennis is a co-founder of the regional MIT Alumni Association, a member of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders Alumni program, and active in blockchain-based renewable energy initiatives.

Soma is a Managing Director at Madrona Venture Group, joining Madrona in 2015 after nearly 27 years at Microsoft where he most recently was Corporate Vice President of the Developer Division. Additionally, Soma was the executive sponsor for global development at Microsoft and oversaw Microsoft’s Global Development Centers in China, India, and Israel. Soma has been an active angel investor both in the region and globally. With investments spanning across both enterprise and consumer segments, Soma has focused on early stage investments across a wide range of technology areas. At Madrona, he is focusing on machine learning / artificial intelligence, intelligent applications, developer-centric next-generation cloud platforms and tools, and multi-sense user interfaces. Soma holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in electronics and communication engineering from Guindy Engineering College, Anna University in Chennai, India. Soma also has an Honorary Doctorate from his alma mater, Anna University.
