Our culture

We believe that culture is what we do, not what we say. So rather than come up with a list of values and dictate them downward, we ask the company what best describes our day to day life working at RelationalAI and we track how that changes over time. These are the values that come up time and time again, and we continue to strive to embody and improve in all of them.

Customer centricity

We care deeply about customers and users, and take the time to understand their needs, and take their feedback seriously.

Transparency

We exhibit radical candor, delivering hard messages while balancing professionalism and kindness... even when it is not easy.

Collaboration

We spend time teaching, sharing, and developing others. Consequently, we also spend time learning everything we can from each other.

Innovation

We push the boundaries and explore new ideas that are impactful and achievable on an appropriate time horizon.

Execution

While we aspire to contribute to the state of the art, we must also remain practical in driving our vision forward. Execution is the currency that sustains our ability to research and innovate.
